While Gatwick Airport operates two terminals, all vehicles must be collected from the South Terminal. If arriving in the North Terminal, take the inter-terminal shuttle to the South Terminal. The shuttle runs every few minutes and is only a two minute journey time. Upon arriving in the South Terminal, follow the signs for the car rental office.
